Updated Review - 7/28/26 I highly recommend D'Spain HVAC/Beyer Boys to anyone in need of HVAC services in the greater San Antonio area. A few weeks ago, our upstairs AC stopped working. Two of our HVAC boards were most likely damaged by the lightning storms. Beyer boys and D'Spain HVAC provided exceptional customer service. They made sure we had a technician come the same day and were prompt to return on additional visits since our unit required parts to be ordered. Eli and his partner on the final visit were nothing short of outstanding in their commitment to diagnose and solve our AC problem. Eli is exceptionally knowledgeable, determined, and worked tirelessly for hours on end in 90-100 degree weather to solve our AC Unit problem. We would not trust any other company to help us with the 2 HVAC Units we purchased from them 2 years ago. Jessica and James, D'Spain HVAC managers were a pleasure to work with, made sure to keep on top of the parts that were ordered to strive for the earliest delivery possible. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and made sure that as soon as the parts arrived, Eli would be scheduled the same day to finish the repair. Beyer Boys/D'Spain HVAC has unparalled customer service - cannot recommend highly enough. Updated review 4/23/24 Jose performed our spring AC maintenance check for our 2 systems. He was friendly, detailed, thorough and knowledgeable. Specifically, I had mistakenly purchased the incorrect filter size. He not only explained in detail which filter would work best in our system due to its size, but made sure the ones I found online were appropriate. He explained the standard sizes for our filters would not work as well as Honeywell’s since they make a unique size that fits our system better. I highly recommend Jose and Beyer Boys for HVAC services. Previous review: We are new customers of Beyer Boys. We had an AC repair to be solved and Jeremy did oustanding work. He agreed to come on the same day of our request, which meant he worked an extremely long day. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with and very professional. We were so happy with his work that we decided to sign up for the bi-annual AC inspection for both of our AC units. We Highly recommend this company and Jeremy. Update- due to how happy we were with Jeremy and Beyer boys, we signed up for annual maintenance service. We had another great service visit from Jeremy today. He’s friendly detailed and knowledgeable. We can’t speak highly enough about him.
