It appears that trainees were involved in installing a system that was new to this particular Beyer team. Some time after the installation, our ceiling was damaged when the condensation catch pan was not positioned/installed properly, resulting in water leaking into the ceiling and damaging the drywall at the seam.
Beyer sent someone out to address the damage, and we were told that the ceiling was fine and only required a surface-level repair. A painter was sent to sand, repair, and paint the affected area.
Unfortunately, the same condensation/leaking issue happened again, causing additional damage to the same area of the ceiling. Once again, we were told that the ceiling was okay and the same painter was sent out to perform another surface-level repair.
At this point, I do not blame the painter. The work appears to be an attempt to repair a problem that has gone beyond what can reasonably be fixed with sanding, patching, and paint. The ceiling now looks noticeably worse than it did before the repairs, and it is clear that the underlying damage needs to be properly inspected and addressed.
The most frustrating part of this experience has been the lack of communication and follow-up from Beyer. Response times have been extremely slow, and despite contacting the company, we have been unable to get someone to properly inspect the ceiling damage and determine what needs to be done to restore it.
We paid for a professional AC installation and expect the associated work to be completed properly. Mistakes can happen, but having the same issue occur twice, followed by inadequate repairs and difficulty getting anyone to take ownership of the resulting damage, is extremely disappointing.
I am asking Beyer to have someone qualified inspect the ceiling and properly address the damage caused by the installation, rather than simply applying another surface-level patch. I hope the company will take responsibility for resolving this and improving the communication with customers when problems occur.”
“I just wanted to say what an amazing job Ryan Reina did to fix our AC cooling issue. The AC unit failed around 7:30pm and in an hour Ryan arrived on-site, which I can't say enough about how quick the response from Beyer Boys was from the time that I called them. Then Ryan was able to diagnose and fix the cooling issue that same night and then walk us through in easy to understand manner. I can't say enough about the service Ryan provided, I hope he gets a raise.”
“While I appreciate the team finding a way to repair my AC the next day, even with having to order parts, the concern is more with how they left my home. Plastic foot covers were on, but when they left, there was a round stain on my carpet at the bottom of my stairs, looks like they put a can of something down that wasn't wiped off on the bottom. The upstairs white railing had black dirt, hand-prints, and sticky stuff on it. The upstairs wall under the attic entrance was filthy, black hand smudges all along the wall. Loose parts outside my garage door were left. Have pictures if someone from BAC is interested.”
“My A/C completely quit so I called in an emergency repair. My appointment was confirmed between 9-10 PM Tuesday but nobody ever came. I reached out to the answering service and was told the on call tech would reach out but nobody ever called. I turned down another company for the same time frame because I expected your arrival. It is now too late to find someone else tonight to fix my AC. I will not contact or recommend this company.”
“Air ducting replaced in our 56 year old house. All of the crew were polite, professional and took pride in their work. In particular, Luis was diligent to make sure that all of the work was completed correctly and completely. We interfaced with Luis, Damien and Darren and found them all to be a pleasure to work with.”
“Please forward to Service Manager, Eric Luna:
Hello,
I left a voicemail for you but I figured reaching out this way was more efficient than waiting for a returned call.
Friday, June 5, one of your technicians, Victor Serrano, came to our home. He informed us that our capacitor was reading “in the yellow” and offered to have us pay $342 for labor to replace it. We replaced the capacitor a year ago with y’all. Apparently that only came with a one year warranty and we were a few days past that warranty. This sounded suspicious so I decided to call and get a second opinion. Upon receiving that second opinion, nothing was wrong with the capacitor. He even showed me the reading and informed me that we had the best on the market and they usually last 5 years.
I am writing to request a refund and cancellation of our membership. We are no longer interested in conducting business with your company. We have lost faith in your service and integrity as an organization. After doing some searching, we found that your membership is much higher than what we could get from other companies with equivalent or better benefits.
I am asking you resolve this matter quickly so that I do not have to spend more time taking further action.
Best,
Caitlin M”
“Want to thank Sabrina for coming and making sure what was ordered was correct. The 2 men she sent out the following day were very prompt with the time stated.
They were very informed with the problem and got to work quickly. They cleaned up the old parts and and took them away. We were very pleased with the Beyer Boys.
Will be calling you in the future with any problems. Will give you a 10+ A Star rate. Billie S”
“Isaiah was very professional and provided future maintenance and schedule suggestions to prevent future issues or to catch any issues early. I am a new customer and will definitely be using them in the future.”
“J.W. came on time this morning to handle the thermostat situation. He took care of the problem with courtesy and professionalism.”
“My experience with The Beyer Boys team is one of complete frustration because I have never had any work done with you
One of your drivers completely destroyed any chance of me using your service and I will never recommend you to anyone
The driver tailgated me in a school zone, practically rear ending me and then sped past me disregarding all safety issues
This happened on the morning of 19 December 2025 @ approximately 7:30am in the school zone of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School on Evans Rd
Again, I will never use your company for any services and this driver should be reprimanded and required to take a drivers safety course
What a shame…
