“We recently had to replace our existing HVAC system and chose Beyer Boys for the work due to our previous positive experience with their plumbing division. We were treated fairly and with courtesy from our initial contact and request for quote until the successful conclusion of their work and, although there was an issue early in the installation early on, everyone we dealt with at Beyer Boys bent over backwards to help us resolve it. The end result is a system that works as advertised and we couldn't be more pleased.
It needs to be mentioned that the people who helped us with our new unit, beginning with Tim in Sales and including the several maintenance technicians who were subsequently involved with us, were courteous and polite from beginning to end and were highly responsive to our needs. We found their dedication to customer satisfaction to be outstanding in every way, and will not hesitate to use them for our HVAC needs in the future.
