Excellent service!

Tech very professional, gave me informative information concerning my A/C and heating . On time for my appointment .

I had two 3 year old systems continually break down after I signed a policy with Beyer Boys. I don't necessarily think they did anything intentional, but I do think they overlooked the problems that led to the breakdowns). They indicated both systems were sealed when they first evaluated them. Over the next ~8 months I replaced a compressor ($2700 under "warranty") and two motors ($800 each under "warranty"). I didn't go with their ~$16k quote for ductwork and air scrubbers, and instead had another reputable company do it for half that. When they did the duct work, that company discovered that both systems had blown seals and were dumping air out into the attics. Everyone at Beyer is really nice, but no one could itemize any of the "warranty" replacement charges to explain why it cost so much. Maybe that's just what it costs, but their uncompetitive duct pricing makes me highly suspicious.

The technician let me know when he was coming so that I could put the dogs in their kennel. He did thorough job investigating the problem
