They were very punctual, and started immediately removing the old unit, replacing with the new. Very knowledgeable and Denise explained every step of the way. I was very impressed that they put mats from my front door to the attic access. And covered everything in the immediate area below the access with plastic. In other areas, they wore booties. That was so very much appreciated. And they were all so very nice and polite. Dealing with them was truly a pleasure. It was an all day job, deemed to be a difficult installation. These guys were great.”
“Jacob Leal was the technician, I gave him the Friday special, in which the AC stopped working yesterday, so of course, I'm going to wait until after 4:30 on Friday to call it in.
Jacob found the simplest and most direct solution to "solved, but your system is still 20 years old and laws have changed," until a permanent solution can be made, and then provided options.
