“Customer service representative Jason Grubbs responded to my emergency call on a Saturday night about 9:30 PM to help with an issue that was caused by another company that resulted in a downstairs room being flooded. He finally figured it out to be a busted drain line and it was very difficult to find because everything is in the attic and very inaccessible. He was awesome, not leaving until he figured out where the problem was. I had no air conditioner in a 100 degree outside environment.
