He was on time, even tried to come earlier but I failed to pick up the messages. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable about the different systems. He also agreed to refund the charges for their last few visits in the past month towards the new unit. He gave me every discount I was eligible for. I didn’t do any shopping with other ac companies. I may have paid a bit more with Beyer but have had exceptional service with Beyer Plumbing. I know they do good quality work and stand behind it.”

“Got to me in a timely manner & Clayton (the technician) was knowledgeable & diagnosed the problem promptly. He advised me of the problem & what my options were as far as the repair. It was a breaker & faulty wiring. The wiring was sparking to the point where my house could of caught fire. The faulty wiring was due to a previous air conditioning company (Shelby / Jason Hernandez) last year that scammed me & my money. Thats the reason & very important to have a reputable company such as Beyer Boys to work on your air conditioning needs! Clayton was a good technician & knew what he was talking about. He took the time needed to repair the problem. Don’t cut corners & call a local “Fly by Night” company that their technicians tell you that they can do it for less money by bypassing the company & doing it themselves!,, THEY CAN’T!

“AC unit and thermostat stop working on a Wednesday evening. I called into BAC and spoke with an agent after normal business hours to set up an appointment for service. The agent was professional and courteous and was able to get us on the schedule for the following day between 9am–1pm. I called into BAC the following morning to speak with the service manager and informed him that I believed the thermostat was the issue and to please bring one with the service technician. Jason G. was our service technician and arrived after the scheduled time however I was OK with this as I knew he had to go and pick up a thermostat before arriving. Jason was very thorough and explained that two of the flow sensors had caused the issue and that one of the drain lines was partially backed up. After several attempts Jason was able to clear the line and made a note on our account so other technicians would be aware of the 'Y' in our drain system so they would be sure to check both lines during our normal bi-annual inspections. He also changed out the thermostat and 2 1/2 hours later…our system was back up and functioning correctly. “Customer service representative Jason Grubbs responded to my emergency call on a Saturday night about 9:30 PM to help with an issue that was caused by another company that resulted in a downstairs room being flooded. He finally figured it out to be a busted drain line and it was very difficult to find because everything is in the attic and very inaccessible. He was awesome, not leaving until he figured out where the problem was. I had no air conditioner in a 100 degree outside environment.
